At SHINY FAMILY, we lovingly prepare your orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 6 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery to Réunion Island takes 2 to 3 days, and delivery to mainland France takes 3 to 6 days.

All our shipments are made via tracked Colissimo; you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order until it is delivered to your home. Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional offers, holiday periods, or special events.

Don't panic, our package is small enough to be dropped through your mailbox. We deliver in reinforced bubble envelopes measuring 17 x 22.5 cm.

Stainless steel also offers break-resistant jewelry. Since it's resistant to water and humidity, you don't have to remove your jewelry every time you shower, exercise, or swim. This means your jewelry can be worn comfortably at the beach or while swimming in the sea without the risk of damage! This reduces the risk of loss!

We offer a money-back guarantee, except for jewelry personalized with engraving. If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it arrives at our premises. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition - therefore never worn - and the return postage must be paid by you (?). Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.

Rub your jewelry with a mild soap before rinsing it thoroughly with water to remove all dirt and soap residue. Then use a soft, clean cloth to carefully dry your jewelry: your favorite piece is like new!

You can also use a chamois cloth to clean, polish and shine your jewelry. By rubbing this small piece of cloth on the jewelry, you will revive its shine and eliminate small impurities that tarnished it.
